• $175 per night, 3-night minimum.
• Christmas, New Year’s, Easter holiday weeks, $185 per night.
• 50% downpayment due within one week of reservation. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Prices quoted are $US. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, PayPal and Neteller.

Refund policy:

• Full refund with 60 days’ notice.
• 50% refund with 30-59 days’ notice. Full refund if we are able to rent the cottage for the period you reserved.
• Less than 30 days’ notice, 50% refund if we are able to rent the cottage for the period you reserved.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on your flights and arrival/departure of other guests. In short, clocks are little more than a concept around here. Ev'ting always works out OK in the end.
